Troubleshooting the Intelligent Message Filter

I have been researching different ways to troubleshoot the IMF, and I discovered quite a few things, so I thought I would share them with you.

This is a first .. I have a BlogCast / Death By PowerPoint with video for you .. it's only 17mins or so and covers what troubleshooting you can do yourself and examples of the IMF Gateway Actions.

Check it and let me know what you think .. I'm planning on doing a few more soon!
